Simple recipes (light and gluten free):

High fibre
Low fat (all types)
Low Sugar/simple carbohydrates
Low sodium
At leat some Chromium
High nutrition
If you're ve going to start a diet of gluten free you're going to have to rchange almost the entire way you eat. For example, you no longer have the same bread to rley on, the same breakfast cereal, and snacks. You can't go out and eat pizza, or even soup. Its not too depressing though and may even be a good chance to begin losing weight and filling yourself wih more nutreious food.
Start with (suggestions):
Apple juice with water (only 1/4 apple juice)
Cottage cheese (120 g) with tomatoes (or any vegetavble) and toast
Cottage cheese (120 g) with toast
Yoghurt (250 ml) with Jam (Peach, Strawberry or Marmalde)
Mesa Sunrise (40 g) and extras
Beans with cut tomatoes (canned or fresh) and toast
